Pivovarna LANTHIER is a microbrewery from Vipava, of which I am very proud.

Let me introduce myself. I'm David Koren, beer lover and brewer. I've wanted to brew beer for years, but never found enough time to learn, let alone brew. By education, I am a computer science engineer and a producer of electronic music, which I still enjoy making in my free time.

I have been developing beer for many years, so now I can finally introduce the original beer of the LANTHIER brewery.

I myself prefer to create stronger beers, beers with a full body and wonderful aromas. For brewing beer I use only natural components, such as grain, hops and yeast. I do not use any chemical compounds, dyes or preservatives when brewing. I like natural beers and that's why I also brew them the natural way.

What is also very important in brewing? Of course, the WATER. I am happy that our brewery is located close to the sources of the river Vipava, which means that we have very special and unique type of water, perfect for making craft beer.
